Great informative video. The scariest part of climate change is already evident in some places, were rising sea level have contaminated fresh water systems near costline.

Over extraction of fresh water lens by overdevelopment allowed salt water intrusion. NOAA-NASA has not found any sea level rise since 2017, and before that, SLR was a mere fingernail 2.5mm per year. _A decade to rise a single inch._ So you are perpetrating another Climate Big Lie. You should be ashamed.

I wanted to join such thing as I'm once a delegate at earth summit Edit- I believe DTE is one stop full fledged channel about anything related to climate. You guys are literally DOWN TO EARTH❤️

@@D2E It's so kind of you. I think age group between 16-28 would be best because 16-19 is the age of conscious learning and 20-28 is age of exploring, stability in life and more practical with past experiences. My field of interest is sustainable energy and food security which is directly linked to climate change. Let's hope to find brighter minds.

Thanks DTE for the on to the point video. That's alarming though ☹️ .Iam at a vicinity of 10km near arabian sea..Iam 30 and I could clearly see this climate change happening. Before I was 15 yrs old I think we had a lot of fishes ,when my teenage days were over, I remember a rapid decline in mussel, sardines, macquerel, native species etcwhich once were abundant near shores, of Malabar coast. Now the fish craving people of Kerala are depending on other States for fish, and neighbour countries too. It's humid here now and unbearable to cope up temperature.. I believe after 2019 there was shift in monsoon ,like SE monsoon arriving early and has record showers,( coupled with the shifting elnino ,la Nina phenomenon)also the thunder and lightning which once was common at the end of the year is now more common throughout the year ie, more cyclones & heat waves infact,.we are actually in a situation here, not all people are aware about this, and it's impractical to stop the fossil fuel usage all of a sudden..but I think govt should reconsider carbon neutrality agenda of 2070 ,and to push further to 2050 atleast...otherwise ,what we earn now couldn't compensate for what we are about to face in future..A lot of people need to be educated 😑. I will do my part and educate my family and friends.Go 💚 green

Gotta reduce a lot of carbon footprint and speed up Transition towards renewables coupled with blue carbon conservation, ecological restoration of desertification. Controlled mining is the most crucial and key to fullfill the purpose. We need green stewardship and not greenwashers.

This is new data coming in and it supports the possibility of loss of coastal land in India due to cyclonic surges and sea level rise. Coastal populations will have to migrate to higher ground adding pressure to those areas in terms of food and job security. We know this clock cannot be turned back now so we need to strengthen the inland infrastructure to prepare for this. Question: Will the coastline erode gradually or rapidly?

I am currently preparing for NEET but my heart and mind for the first time together say 'go for the environment ' ,...... Otherwise the world may end up being like this ! I have a deep and deep connection with nature but whenever I find people doing harm I just burn my heart and soul 💔! Unable to do anything at that time but can think of doing my best to spread that much awareness 🥺!

Monsoon over Western part of India as low pressure created over ocean draws winds to itself than moving toward Indian mainland. It will affect the monsoon patterns. Leads to urban flooding Landslides Loss and irreparable damage Infrastructure Groundwater contamination near coast More duration , strength and number of cyclone Marine heatwave promotes cyclogenesis. It leads to coral bleching and mass killing of marine animals. During cyclone amphan, temperature over the ocean was 34°c which is unlikely to occurs. India should invest in observatory system to predict the accurate position of heatwaves.

Right now in Chicago it's in the mid-30Fs overnight in MAY. Over the West Coast, snow is predicted this weekend all the way south to Northern California! Have a friend in Scandanavia who says Spring is still buried under permafrost. Every year since 2017 the PacNW is getting COLDer, longer, wetter winters. Lichen and moss growing on fence slats _and even on vehicles left out in the rain._ Not ONE WORD in the bought-and-sold Six Medias of New Carbon Catholic.

@@robertmarmaduke9721 that is the arctic jetstream dropping down. That is climate change. Actic is getting warmer creating a slower looser windspeed . You are being given miss used information. It is similar to what happened with texas getting the big freeze last year or the summer heat waves even in canada.

Global warming has nothing to do with auto exhaust or emissions. There has been a substantial rise in seismic and volcanic activity over the last hundred years especially in the oceans. This has increased the temperature of the land, the sea, and the air. The earth's climate is most likely changing back to what it was 2,000 years ago when it was much warmer. When the Romans were in Britain (40BC-380AD) they grew citrus fruit in the north. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roman_Warm_Period en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medieval_Warm_Period
