The key cards you have to use in a very specific way or they won't work. This was my expereince. I had the magic touch in my family and was the only one who could open the door

Just got back from there. My lad hurt his foot on the half pipe slide but that could happen in any water park. The staff were immensely helpful when it happened. Plenty of lifeguards there. I’d say - despite our experience- it’s safe

I bet if the weather was better and you didn’t have the issues early on it would have been a bit higher. Weather I think can play such a big part on a holiday.

@@doitlikethejoneses what was the food like for the kids if you don’t mind me asking? I have one 9yr old who is terrible when we are overseas. Isn’t the best eater at the best of times. Thanks for the info.

The kids really enjoyed it, there was pizza, chips, nuggets, pasta and lots of meat. There is ice cream and desserts also 😊
