My Lawnmower Blenny's favorite food, is whatever my Yellow Tang is eating, he will go sit next to it and grab anything that breaks away that the tang does not eat. They are always hanging out together :)

Just got a tail spot blenny and I love his personality. He has decided that a little ledge right in the front of my tank is his home so I can see him all the time. His tank mates are : 2 clown fish and a Falco hawk fish.

I just ordered a canary blennie and I also have a damsel and one coming plus 2 clowns. so far no real aggressiveness but I am worried about the posion. If my fish got bit how toxic is it? is it toxic enough to kill them or make them very sick?

Our Midas decided to excavate a soft spot in one of the rocks for a cave. At first we panicked because he had white spots on him and we thought it had Ick. My wife ran to the pet shop for medicine but by the time she got back I realized it was just sand from the rock. He would dig with his tail blasting a cloud of sand/dust into the tank. Then he would dig with his mouth and spit it out. Apparently he ingested some because he was bloated and didn't eat for almost a week. Thankfully he seems to have passed it and is back to his normal routine swimming about looking for food. He mostly likes frozen mysis.

Don't have any fish yet ... trying to cycle my first saltwater tank ..... having trouble getting nitrite down ...my ammonia went up and down just my nitrites won't go down yet so just paitently waiting...unless there is something I can do ??? Maybe a water change???

I love my lawnmower blenny, I've never had one eat anything beyond the algae on the walls and after enough time they become interested in seaweed on the clip which is cool.

I have always wanted that puffer! Do you have corals? Are they good with other tank mantes? I know that their is some reason why I havnt bought one yet I believe it might have been they eat corals, snail and aggressiveness? Would you recommend one with fish like blennies, , sixline, and clowns?

Reef Tank Blenny Warning.. nipping & eating coral is No concern.. but I've lost a featherduster & gorgeous expensive cocoaworm because my blenny wanted the tube and sat in it watching food go by for two days until he knew itvwas dead and he had a new tube house ." Lil stinker" '- bug bunny 1978'
