This is cool but if your not doing pacifist then this would become the easiest fight in the game, all you would need to do is sit in your menu and listen to the banger music for 9 minutes. I feel like this should blow up solis and your party so that way you'll have a reason to fight them on a non-pacifist playthrough

actually i think you still have to meet the spare requirements, its just when the time runs out, they explode as if you fought them rather than being actually spared

@@fluffernal That's what I think too, the timer is basically a way to make the battle harder for people going for the pacifist ending of the battle.

Hm. Maybe if timer does run out without the player doing anything, Solis would still explode, but there is no reward, not even the ShadowCrystal. So there’s a reason for the player to act or fight.

This is cool, but how would the time counter work? Here it looks like if you run out of time, you still get time to act. I feel like it would work better if when the time runs out, you get an immediate game over. Also I love how Ralsei uses his hat as a parachute with Kris and Susie hanging onto him, overall amazing work on this, Marine!
