1:09 You're looking at, and pointing to, port side while discussing engine access, not starboard side. Also, when you first started the tour you mentioned beginning at the port bow. You meant port stern right? I'm going to guess that you had probably made quite a few of these sales tour videos before this one and maybe the day was getting long so it was a simple mistake. Might want to have the video editors double-check things before posting them online though.

Exactly since it has no outboards hanging from the stern I was waiting to hear about how it was powered, gas, diesels, straight drive, fuel burn, range, cruise speed etc.

I'd love to get a 44 Aquila (if the right numbers come up LOL) The biggest issue I'd have with this configuration would probably be air-draft. It's definitely over 15' (knocks out the western part of the Erie Canal) and LOOKS like it may be over 19' which would mean no Looping at all with this boat. Nice walk through overall, I think this is the first time I've seen one with the W/D combo installed in the master!

The lowest bridge on the loop is 20 feet, I think....You can always modify...hopefully not at the bridge!! :)

@@Chris-fo8wp There is one fixed bridge that's 19'6" at mile 300.6 on the Chicago Ship Canal. 17' even will let you go through the Chicago River. Then there are two 15'6" fixed bridges just west of the Erie-Oswgo canal junction.

It's pretty disappointing that this smaller boat is also much slower at 18.6 knots. The Aquilla 70 reaches a top speed of 27 knots

Chuck, I think that price is for the 36 (also a very cool boat - with hydrofoils!), not the 44. 44 starts around $1.6M (with some options) in 2022.
