You should try this with some rom hacks or using the characters from 64ds. Since luigi can walk on water & wario can snipe you using signs.

Well but there's issues with that >ROM Hacks The only way to play complex ROM hacks like those with online would be Net64, but it's very janky & broken, on top of that, Tarnadas put a crypto miner in it There's a tool for ROM hack conversion to ex-coop tough, however it's only convert simple ROM manager hacks from the mid 2000s to early 2010s, it can do a bit more if manually tweaked afterwards >64ds 64DS has a multiplayer mode, however it's limited to the star game mode and on top of that, it's probably only 4p instead of above to 16 like ex-coop
