@ScarlettVixenRomHacks, I am sorry that a very talented, very innovative, and attractive lady that made this wonderful fan game had to see me give a untalented, boring, negative, nasty, and just plain s t u p i d basic b i t c h that dared to criticize your unique approach to a Mario fan video game the absolute t h r a s h i n g that they deserved in their life, but haters like them need to learn to either innovate in their boring and generic NPC comments, as well as to make better Mario fan video games, or to leave the video game community outright. You, and your friends, worked for 12 years on this video game and, yet, unlike the people that worked on Star Citizen, and Squadron 42, who have actually been working on those video games for even longer periods of time, you actually have efforts to show for it, and for WAY less money as well.

From the first impressions alone, I can say... _This is the GREATEST ROM hack of Super Mario Bros. 3 ever made._ That's right. _Super Mario Bros. 3 Mix_ had been officially dethroned by *Mario Adventure 3.* Just look at the sheer amount of content neatly packed in. _A tutorial, extra challenges, exploration, power-ups, enemies, secrets, buying items, day-and-night cycle, even the unique level names..._ *all in a tiny classic NES package.* ScarlettVixen... *_you've done a fantastic job._* (If only there was a Level Guide section on the site...)

Mario 3 is definitely the king of romhacks that are radically different from the original. The original Mario Adventure, Mario Ultimate, 3Mix. The creator of this hack did an amazing job

Let me guess, you are content with the decline in the quality of Mario video games have shown, with the obvious hint of that happening in Super Mario Brothers Wonder, and, to a lesser extent, Princess Peach: Showtime, am I right? I also doubt that you could even MAKE Mario sprites on Mario Paint, let alone make a better Mario video game on the Super Mario Maker video games. I will also disclose this as well, Nintendo, when they made their GBA port of Super Mario Brothers 3, ALSO made enemies from other Mario video games appear, as well as Power-Ups that did not originally appear in the original version of Super Mario Brothers 3, including the then all-new Boomerang, which would be further refined as the Boomerang Flower in the New Super Mario Brothers video game series, and, yes, those ideas also came from, gasp, Mario fan video games!

I tried this hack just recently but was ultimately disappointed in it... Even though there are some very neat ideas in it, the overall stage design is just simply too heavily relied on power-ups to collect stars - power-ups that you can easily lose. Without them, you cannot collect most of the stars, and you need enough stars in order to progress in the game. The weight gimmick in the fourth stage was fun, but the last weight's location was poorly thought, since it could sink under the ice and make the stage unfinishable. I also don't like that enemies that I have already killed respawn as soon as their original location goes off-screen. It's annoying. The final straw was the big fish boss of the castle who just swam off the screen and never retuned. So this is the kind of game that I would rather watch someone else playing well rather than play it myself.
