Probably not since it would be to scary for Nintendo, also it's a fangame so it would probably cause drama is Nintendo used it

It's less about drama/scariness and more about law. Copyright law is extremely strict in Japan and businesses have to respect IP. Since Nintendo wouldn't blatantly steal the character they'd have to make a derivative work or reach out to the fan creator for permission to use a character that isn't there's which would mean someone there with power would have to see an interest. This almost never happens in the millionaires world because they have no clue this character even exists.

Much more likely is that if the creator of Mx wanted to see it happen, Nintendo has a huge program where they fund indie developers to make 3rd party games for their system and if they made an exclusivity deal, it would be possible to see them make a Mario / MX game with Nintendo's permission and funding. People never take this route though, so.
