I like the fact that this actually feels like a game instead of another walk simulator or copy paste game. The new mechanics and sprites with the forever engine really sells it well for a mario exe remake and gives it a nice breath of fresh air with no corny jumpscares or seizure screens.

Welp, yeah its much easier to make these in engines that already exist with physics and events such as SMBX2, SMBX and Forever Engine, but often people choose real game engines and trying build gamepley from ground up for a reason, and it turns too hard for most of these devs, so and its being hard to build all gamplay again and its all ends up being walking simulator... 🤷‍♂

Thanks for the feedback. If you thought the game is easier, level 3 and 4 were insanely difficult and get complained when first released, so I nerfed them. Otherwise it will become a rage game instead of horror game.
