That would be awesome, too! Much like the Mirror Code for this mod, we may take inspiration from Hot Shots Golf 4 as it has seasonal variations on its courses. Perhaps more neutral/bluish hues, modifiers that emulate cold conditions such as reduced spin, etc.

I presume you're speaking of "any%", since the meta is a bit different than Speed Golf, but these guidelines should work similarly well: -First, familiarize yourself with the mechanics, especially Impact Point and Spin. Then learn the holes so you have a good concept of routes to take. You'll also want to know what the cutoffs are for each tournament and your badge count so you always have a gauge on your standings. -Initially, you'll want to figure out good shotmaking, which often entails playing to optimal fairway spots off the tee, then sticking shots either with Backspin or bottom-ball Impact Point. Smart use of the Impact Point can faciliate many shots on holes such as Cheep Cheep Falls 14, 17, Shifting Sands 3 and 14, and most everything thereafter. -Every Lie has a percentage range that triggers a value once your power is set; so take a quick glance at this to see how you may need to adjust your shot with spin or Impact Point. Rain will reduce loft, spin effectiveness, and force you to hit putts about 50% harder. For putting in general, normal Greens don't break a lot, so only nudge your aim as needed and hit about 3-5 feet beyond the cup; adding about 2-3x the elevation difference of your putt to compensate as well. The meter isn't notched but it is linear, so you can get a decent idea of what power levels are where on the meter, but it will change in Rain, so be aware and use L/R to toggle your mark if needed. -Blooper Bay represents a major difficulty spike with its additional pin that can be selected, higher winds, lower cutoff, and new Fast Fairway terrain. Learn to respect rather than fear these areas. -As you improve, major thresholds will entail playing well enough on the Tournaments to have spare strokes so you can Give Up several holes throughout for further time save. To do this, duff the tee shot, then select Give Up in the menu to skip the rest of the hole. This will give you triple-par, so be careful that you don't fail the tournament, since you need to win (or tie for 1st) to advance to the next one. -Managing to obtain 50 Badges (birdie or better on a hole) grants you Star Boo, which can be used in the endgame as a major power buff to more easily navigate Peach's Castle Grounds and Bowser Badlands. -Also, as you learn the tempo of the run, you can try optimizations such as hitting the ball lower, which will reduce carry and increase run, so use this wisely. Also, using the camera zoom less will inherently save time, so learn to see the numbers for the Landing Point from a glance, which you can make out if you know what to look for. -This is a lot, so the best thing to do is get started and figure out what works and what doesn't. Everyone is different; some like to play wrecklessly and try to figure out where to improve from there; others play thoughtfully and attempt to accelerate that process over time. -Good luck, and have fun!

@@TintendoRockStarIt's possible that the internal battery for your MGAT cartridge has failed. There should be a tri-tip screw at the back that can be removed. Replace the battery (link here: www.retromodding.com/products/gameboy-games-battery-1616-2025-2032?srsltid=AfmBOoqh3OgPV2z47shS1GBmWchxAef3xX7bAvZcG8dGG1QIK3VJrPDf) and hopefully that might work.
