These courses would be boring as hell, they are only made to look nice but no MK8D they dont fit with the gameplay I mean, look the minimap, there is no oportunity even to do a great drift This courses are even lower than baby park

pretty crazy how much effort is put into just an arcade machine when they couldve ported over mario kart wii or something lol but looks awesome

What I don't get is how Bowser Jr cup is bumped up from Normal Difficulty to Master Difficulty when it's a clear rehash of the previous Waluigi Cup, and that is a relatively easy cup The recent Pacman Cup and DK cup seems to be much harder and they're considered Normal Difficulty.

Aerial Road is a square with a u-turn at the end. Jungle Fever/DK Jungle was made to be shaped like a bunch of bananas. Guess which one is apparently harder. 🙄 Other than that, these courses are some of the best.

Have considered porting something like DX Peach’s Castle/GP Yoshi Park 1 into MK8 ? I think it would be interesting since it’s a pretty unique track with how it functions and all the animations

@@WaltzSunshine i don't really do ports bc they just bring another set of issues and extra work that i can just avoid altogether when i make a CT. If i do retros, i prefer to do them from scratch. Lol

@@WaltzSunshine for some people it is and for others it isnt. I just find the process more annoying than building something from scratch. Its like being handed over a project that has been worked on halfway through by someone else and then u realize they are some issues that need to be addressed and would take a bit of extra time to get it right. Some people tolerate that and i personally would just rather avoid it.

I don't think DX has DK tracks. Just Pac Man Cup which is Pac-Man Stadium and Namco Circuit. Unless I'm wrong. DK Only had tracks in Arcade GP, and Arcade GP2. They were the same in both games. If I'm wrong I'd appreciate being pointed towards any footage, or news of DX DK tracks.

bc these tracks weren't made by nintendo. They were licensed by nintendo to make arcade versions of their game but they themselves didnt actually make the tracks. I think the company that made them was namco.

Nintendo didn't make these courses unlike Mario Kart Tour's.

I just played it and it wasn't that great. Maybe just to play with friends and to get an experience on the arcade. But man the narrator got annoying and the items being locked into the roulette.
