Mario Kart: Double Dash - KING OF THE HILL. A new Game mode?

All items from place eight to place two will be blue shells only to hunt down the leading racer. First place will get a chance of Mushrooms, Golden Mushrooms and Power Stars to have a slight chance escaping the blue shell mayhem.

Maybe I will improve the codes I used and post them with a second video.
