I love it when the lower ranked CPUs overtake the higher ranked ones. It shows that even with rubber banding, they can't always hog first.

Can’t remember which video it was, but I remember seeing a video on the Special Cup where one of the "better" CPUs did so badly, they ended up finishing the cup in FOURTH. lol

Most GC games can be found by typing the title of the game in google with "iso", but I can't give you any direct links.

It doesn't show up in multiplayer. The only way to make it appear is using a cheat code.

O especial cup é muito bom mas tem alguma coisa nesses jogos de corrida do mario que me irrita e ñ deveria existir em nenhum jogo de corrida pq isso estraga o jogo Por mais que seja um erro que acho que só eu percebo

If you're referring to what I think you are, that is a problem with the emulation and doesn't appear on the real hardware. I believe that problem was fixed a while back, though.
