Mario Kart DS Special Cup 150cc

Here's the Special Cup in 150cc.
No emulator here, I'm using a 3DS capture card to record the footage. Last time I recorded this, I had to use a camcorder, which was very bothersome. Thanks to the 3DS recorder, that limitation is gone, and I am able to play the game normally. You need to master snaking if you want to get the Triple tar Rank.

Snaking is definitely much better if you do it right. Egg 1 and the Dry Bomber are seen as the best karts for it.

Try yoshi with the cucumber, if that doesnt work go dry with the dry bomber, even if your not snaking it's still really good and let's you get so many drifts per turn

Most of the items are sprites but Mario Kart 7 was the first portable one to include exclusively polygon items (Unless you count the Blooper but it's hard to decide if you should count the ink or Blooper itself because the blooper is kind of 3D since the texture for the 3D models hit turn black).

This was my first Mario Kart and (Don't throw all my reasons out the window as soon as I say this) this may be the best Mario Kart. The track design is great, the soundtrack is awesome, it has the best Bowser's Castle and Rainbow Roads, it was the first game to include retro tracks, and it was much more advanced compared to Super Circuit which was pre-rendered models made into sprites. A close second-best game, in my opinion, is Double Dash, then 8 is third. (Yeah 8=3, wrap your head around that.)

My opinions on these tracks: Wario Stadium: Great! It's way better then the N64 one because it's shorter and more fun to play. Score: 8/10. Peach Gardens: Good. Not my favorite Mario Kart track, but it's my favorite track theme around my main: Princess Peach. Score: 7/10. Bowser's Castle: Decent. The music is forgetteble and seems anti-climatic, but the spinning brigde is cool. Score: 6/10 Rainbow Road: Perfect! It should had been on Mario Kart 8 (Deluxe) instead of a lazy port of Mario Kart 7's version of SNES Rainbow Road. Score: 10/10 DS Special Cup score: 31/40
