Sup KZbin. It's been a while. As I always do, I will first apologize for not uploading much covers recently. I've been busy with a few IRL projects and my motivation kinda shifted from making covers to working on those projects. I'd be lying if I told you I didn't have time for both, but... well, you know how it is.
Then I got hit by the Mario Kart 8 hype train and got the sickest idea for a medley. Rainbow motherfucking road. Where dreams are shattered and friendships ruined. But I couldn't just pick a few, cause they're all so good... so I decided to take every single one of them, and make the ultimate Rainbow Road medley. Hope you enjoy.

I almost cried when I got to MKDS and MKWii...while I'm old enough to where 64 shoulda been my first Mario Kart, I didn't get into the series until just a few years ago...MKWii was the first one I ever played and beat to its entirety and MKDS I got after and also fully beat. It's also a great car/plane-ride companion!

It’s so odd that after having finally owned and played every single game, DS and Wii being my first two and most nostalgic, I don’t remember the Rainbow Road songs from those as much. They are still excellent tracks, but I feel like they were never as distinct. They sound even more amazing here, and this is great work!

You know I come back here year after year.. multiple times during that year.. sometimes hundreds.. this Medley has always sounded so pleasing to hear and I absolutely love it whole heartedly and I just keep coming back.. it still saddens me deeply that he hasn't pursued KZbin as aggressively as I thought he was going to.. but I tell you what after all the years I am still subscribed and that will never change.. this channel and video will forever remain legendary.. Hopefully he will eventually start posting consistently.. he could've turned into someone like Erock before Erock.. I know life can get in the way but man I have been a huge fan for a while.. I just want to see more.. hope life has been good.. I will always come back to listen to this masterpiece into my 30's and 60's assuming this channel doesn't disappear.. that would sadden me a lot.. This mix is INSANE! It's honestly one of the best guitar medleys on KZbin! I don't know what you do man, but this mix sounds so damn impressive. Every instrument can be heard clearly, and it all sounds so damn full and warm. You also opened with my favourite Mario Kart Song of all time. Love the funky part at 0:37! I'd like to say thanks again for messaging me with all that helpful info. I got a ton of useful plugins that I'm taking my time to learn how to use properly.
