mine charged & already indicated green, yet the car is not moving at all, the car just have blinking red light only. pls help

I have a question when I was charging my car I left a charging overnight and then when I woke up in the morning it wasn’t green so when I put the battery in the car started moving for a few seconds and then stops moving do you know what could be the cause of that?

Yes i had the same😬 do you know what the problem was? Because i can’t figure it out and my son is verry disapointment now😅

I Got a feeling they have sold them with dodgy batteries, loads of people are having this problem. Basically the battery isn't rechargeable like they say. It's very unfair & so many people robbed

When I got mine I was reading the instructions and it said don’t put the car in front of the sun so is it saying don’t leave it in front of then or don’t play it

I’ve seen a few toys with that warning sign, it normally says “Do not expose to direct sunlight for a lengthy period of time” my interpretation of this message is as long as you don’t leave it all day in front of the sun on a blistering hot day with the battery back open which might cause a risk of melting the battery’s, other then that you should be ok to use it on a hot day.

I charged mine fully and when I connect the remote control it just blinks. Any kind of trouble shooting

Thank you for your comment, underneath the Mario kart there should be a on & off switch once you switch that on a little red light comes on the Mario kart and then you should turn your remote control on and it should connect. Let me know if this fixed it for you?

I had the same problem and then I realised that I forgot to press the 'on' button for the remote control 😅

Thank you so much for your comment, the charge time is 50 minutes and you get up to 30 minutes of racing. 👍🏽
