All of the retro tracks except SNES Mario Circuit 1 and one of the SNES Donut Plains tracks (was in the beta but I don't remember what number it was) are in Mario Kart 7. I still like Mario Kart Tour, but It kinda feels like a Mario Kart 7.5 in a way.

Y'know, when I first heard about the Item Frenzy, I thought it would absolutely break the balance of the game. While, yes, it does skew the balance toward those who can get in on each track, I now don't see it as completely breaking the balance. The key thing is that it only lasts for the length of a star's invincibility, and while it's chaotic, I think players will be able to react to it in a reasonable time, whether that be slowing down or using their own invincibility item. It's as good as a Bullet Bill at best, albeit slowing everyone else down as opposed to speeding you up a lot, and only as good as a star at worst, as seen with the Coin Frenzy. That being said, LOOK AT THAT SCORE COUNT SKYROCKET!!!

Plus, while Frenzy gives both the unlimited items and the very quick purple MTs, you kinda have to choose between them as you can't get the full use of both due to the controls.

Biggest complaint with this game rn is the lack of tracks. I’ve done all the cups that are available rn and it’s just repeating the exact same 6 or so tracks. Would also be awesome if we had a free play mode where we could race in any track we want either online, offline, or with our friends (not that I have any friends)

After having played about 2 hours of the game I can say...it's really fun! The gameplay is just Mario Kart and all the chaos and fun that comes with it. The touch controls are very weird to adjust to, but I was able to in a very short time. The micro-transactions also appear to not be required and can be completely ignored if you choose. Unfortunately it does require an internet conncection to play like all the others, but since it is just a series of online matches with other humans, I can understand why. Overall very fun, can't wait to play more!

I've gotten the bullet bill frenzy so here's the breakdown. - you'll have the same regular bullet bill (as an auto pilot) - 2 smaller bullet bills on the side and you can use them to help you go faster (I think) or use them as a "red shell" as it starts to end
