Is this made with an Emulator? If yes, how to play Multiplayer, i tried playing Mario Kart DS with a Friend via DEsmume but it didnt work. How have you done it, if this is a emu?

This is on emulator, yeah. Every emulator goes about multiplayer differently and there are lots of tutorials for Dolphin out there
