I don't know anything about the Action Replay for the Wii. I heard it was patched, so I didn't bother with it. The codes in the description are for Gecko/Ocarina. You need the Homebrew Channel, and an app that supports codes.

Although I strongly suggest just getting homebrew, you can add codes on Action Replay Wii by sticking that card in your computer and editing the codelist.xml file.
