People can join the game without using CTGP on regular tracks. When you are not using CTGP, you are able to use the ultra shortcuts/glitches and actually get lap counts , which is not allowed (in CTGP they are patched and don't give lap counts). So what they are talking about is that if the non-ctgp players end up using the ultra shortcuts/glitches, they will most likely get banned by a wiimmfi moderator
