There are lots of sidefip tutorials out there. If you really want to learn them, then my advice to you is to type it in and watch a few. There are very good ones so don't be picky and just start learning now.

Just warm up and stretch really well before you do anything. Watch the tutorials in his tutorial playlist. Don't move on to the next video until you've got the one you saw first down.(until you can do the first one really well.) btw since your young don't rush. Learning parkour is all about progression.
