Edit: This is horseshit, don't read it. Same here. I literally couldn't enjoy virtually all JRPG battle systems if I tried, because I started off with the single greatest one of all. Even Deltarune's battle system is lackluster and annoying to me. Why even bother playing a satirized version of a clichéd system that I find already find boring to begin with, when I literally started out with the single B E S T , most innovative, and downright fun JRPG battle system, period. Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story is the absolute greatest JRPG ever made, and I will always die on that hill. Edit 2: Why did this arrogant-ass comment get even a single like?

@jclkaytwo Yeah, sadly most games were hot on the new 3D trend, 64 bit games looked really fun and charming on the console. Only ones that come to mind immediately are Mischeif Makers and Yoshi's Story, and Paper Mario kinda.

This is very clearly the original game's OST, but have you considered adding the two new boss themes from the remake? Dark Fawful might be easy to come by a Midi for since it's largely just a slowed down version of Cackletta's theme, but the Dark Star battle theme might be harder to find.

In an alternate reality, the Mario and Luigi series started in Japan on the Nintendo 64DD, but came to America and Europe through Superstar Saga, and a lot of elements from this supposed game was reused for the DS version of Bowser’s Inside Story, kind of like a Mother 3/EarthBound 64 situation.

I’ve messed a lot with the Inside Story Soundfont and music tracks. I recommend pitching up the audio next time by 12 Semitones to match where it’s supposed to be. Wish I could just show you. xD The Inside Story Soundfont Nintendo uses is really high pitched, so it sounds low when replaced other soundfonts, and high pitched if used on other files. Edit: You forgot to remove the faulty chord of reverberations in The Grand Finale! Bad! xD

A lot of the pitch bends are incorrect here, like lots of other vids like this unfortunately. VGMtrans (Which is what the link in the description where the MIDI's were sampled from says) is notoriously bad at porting over pitch bends, while a manual fix for them is relatively simple (albeit time consuming) it looks like you didn't really do that unfortunately. 11:44 is probably the most egregious example of it, and some of the choices for which instruments to replace with which feel very clunky, however I did enjoy the use of the crash samples in SHOWTIME!

Thank you, the mario and luigi models stem from the render 96 project, so figuring that out and posing them and etc. Probably took around an hour or two maybe. Same with the starlow model. Gamecubing made the 3D logo which took some hours. The music I'd work on and off, I'd do some of them then work on something else. The time I took working on an individual one I have no idea. Maybe 15-30 mins on average? Then again that's a very strong maybe, could be longer or shorter. In total there's like 44 tracks I think. Regardless this project took a bit time to make.

Thank you! I really like dream team's ost but I'm not sure if a midi for every song exists. Every midi used in this remix was ripped directly from the game. Most DS games have midis as their format of choice. If I can find a midi for every track I'd most likely end up doing it. Else I may do individual tracks down the road.

For anyone that doesn’t know, Alphadream died because the corporate aspect of their company enforced terrible working standards after Inside Story. The employees there moved onto other companies; I think some moved to Intelligent Systems (company behind Paper Mario).
