sucks what happened to alphadream since nintendo basically killed them off. just like paper mario they told them to stop making original characters after dream team which is why paper jam has no new original characters. After that they didn't know what to do so they just played it safe and released remakes since the series was pretty much over at that point.

I love both versions of this game! I got the original version when it first came out and played the heck out of it in high school. I really like the enhanced graphics in the new version, the new music for some of the battles, and updated designs for some of the characters. I'm gonna miss Alpha Dream. I grew up with all their games since Mario and Luigi Superstar Saga in 2003. Big part of my childhood. Great play through too! The double screens don't look smushed in this video like they do in most of them!

But, in essence, when you use bowsers punch attack after a certain point in the game, he starts to dash forward every time he punches, granted it's not a great distance he dashes forward, but, it definitely speeds things up if your in a hurry and don't want to sit around waiting for bowser to drag his big butt around everywhere

I just wish the remake ran at 60 FPS, though it running at 30fps doesn’t really bother me that much for an RPG game and it’s not that noticeable anyways.
