Not too hard to mistake (I did too as a kid) since the design is pretty much the same (no graffiti mouth on handkerchief is pretty much the only difference) and they reused voice clips from Jr. for Baby Bowser.

Most of the time, whenever I fight this Boss I would usually use the following 4 Bros. Items. 1: Ice Flower 2: Copy Flower 3: Trampoline 4: Pocket Chomp
