Spending the coins in the item shop or storing the coins in the Koopa Banks as if they were the “safes” or “vaults” can make you get over the financing bankruptcies more easily.

So therefore, you need to spend your coins on Item Shops and bank them on Koopa Banks to minimise your losses in case you get beamed by Bowser Coin Cannon. The less coins, you had, the better.
