This is E. Gadd's Garage from Mario Party 6 for the Nintendo GameCube.
Mario Party 6 is the third Mario Party for the GameCube. The goal of Mario Party 6 is to collect as many coins and stars by winning Mini-Games and using orbs. Mario Party 6 is mostly known for its Day and Night system with Brighton and Twila, it also is the first Mario Party to have Mic Mini-Games and the switch orbs instead of Capsules and items.
E. Gadd's Garage is a board that where you walk around in E. Gadd's Garage with crazy inventions.

I could imagine another road-block orb that knocks half of your opponent's coins into the abyss: the Blue shell orb: initiates a countdown from 3. Once hits zero, the shell whams into the opponents, destroying that amount of coins.

*At **1:58:57** in this KZbin video:* Yoshi got figuratively robbed in the Pitifall duel minigame!! It should have ended in a *_tie_* (which would mean there that Yoshi's Star and Waluigi's Coins would be returned back to their owners prior to the duel minigame instead of Waluigi getting both Yoshi's Star and the Coins that he'd wagered there) because *_both_* Yoshi *_*and*_* Waluigi fell into the bottomless pit, and yet Waluigi somehow won the duel minigame - which cost Yoshi not only a Star (and the duel minigame) but also the game overall there! I just *_ABSOLUTELY_*_ _*_*DESPISE*_* the Pitifall duel minigame because of this; and yet I've never, ever played _Mario Party 6_ in my life!!! 😡😡😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬💢💢💢💢💢😤😤😤😤😤👎👎👎👎👎
