Blooper as a playable character is criminally underused, there are only 3 games in which Blooper is playable so far: Mario Party 8, Mario Super Sluggers, and Mario Tennis Aces. In my opinion Blooper can even appear in Mario Kart series despite in Mario Kart series Blooper already appears as an item.
