This is World 1-1 from Toad Scramble in Mario Party Star Rush for the Nintendo 3DS.
Toad Scramble is main mode from Mario Party Star Rush where you all play as Toad. The goal of Toad Scramble is to collect as many coins and stars by gaining allies, winning Mini-Games and beating Bosses.
World 1-1 is made out of three islands connected with one bridge so make sure you plan ahead.
