7:17 Did you know that the Toad Houses aren't random? They actually go through several different patterns, with each Toad House having different sets of patterns. There's like 6 or 7 different patterns for each Toad House, and if you know the patterns, it's possible to get a perfect score every time.

Got this game when it came out when I was like 5 or 6. Loved it so much, I even wrote books about it when we had to write in kindergarten. My first ever video game I ever really owned myself and it was awesome!! 😆👍

one of my fav games ever. every level has so much charm, the boss battles are so unique, the gimmicks are engaging, there’s immense care put into small details to give it personality. maybe my perspective is tainted with nostalgia but i’m glad to see rays finally play it on the channel :)

Don't know this was mentioned to you before, but you really need to check out the "Newer Super Mario Bros" mod. It has so insanely good level design. For the most part it is not rly hard and you can enjoy great levels (with some tricky secrets), but in the final world it gets really hard.
