Lucario Fan I can tell by the eyes:) the official banpresto/popco Mario, or the regular cute Mario bros Mario, has a much bigger blue iris section in the eyes, whilst the unofficial, the one they use for cousin Malleo, has a noticeably smaller blue eye section (the iris) :) Also, the unofficial has much sleeker paint, so the shoes are often not shiny, whilst the official has more of a gleam to it:)
