In the credits it only lists two of Mario’s family members, Uncle Arthur and Uncle Tony. The middle aged girl character seems to be the wife of One of Uncle Tony. If I had to imagine that little girl could be the daughter of Uncle Tony. Uncle Tony was referenced in the Super Mario Bros Super Show in the episode “Glanuts”.
