As bad as our secondary is, FSUs offense is so bad, I don’t see them scoring more than 20pts. Usually, I would say records are out the window playing FSU because it’s a rivalry game, but this FSU offense is just so bad, I don’t think have have a chance to keep it close. Worst FSU offense, I can remember.

After 7 games I looked at the stats. Miami is giving up 20.6 points a game defensively. Minus that kickoff return and that interception they gave up to Cal for a *pick 6* two weeks ago. That's not on the defense. Suprisingly Miami is ranked *21st* in Total Defense in the Nation. Wasn't expecting that Stat. They just need to tackle a lot better and not be out of position to make plays. *THE Secondary* has 9 freshman, 6 sophomores, 4 juniors, 2 seniors.

Our defense, IMO is solid overall... Look at the stats versus Clemson & SMU defenses. While I think we need to get better to complete the return to prominence, I feel our focus should be on recruitment and retention no matter how the season ends! My guess is the defense will get better with game experience.

NMD we have to elite of an offense for our defense to not being playing complementary football. We have the talent on defense it’s not like we aren’t good just giving up boneheaded plays but we do need to rotate our secondary a bit get some new guys see how they’ll do. If we want to make some serious noise in postseason this has to be addressed and corrected now!
