As a professional cosmetologist every one of those tips are excellent .Good job a lot of times I hear tips that I just roll my eyes at , but these were actually good . Ladies with you aren’t forward holding a 3 pd weight in each hand and then swing you arms backward motion elbows going up behind your back strengthens upper back muscles which is important because of the extra weight we carry in the front it balances us .Arm rolls forward and backwards are good too. I suggest starting of with ten repeats of each exercise 1 set in the AM and I set PM then after a month move up to 15 each always incriminates of 5 to keep from plateauing so quickly . Stop at somewhere between 45 and 50 . It’s a quick and easy exercise especially if you work on your feet it gives you balance and structure. Jill Michelle Walker

Mario, dandelion is pronounced dan-dee-lie-on. It is a yellow flower which used to grow like a weed in my childhood garden in Sydney. As it aged it got a white downy head and you could pick it and blow on it to make wishes.
