Really intense and moody portraits! Thanks for letting us watch your process of creating these moving portraits! And l also loved the charcoal drawing of the nude woman on the back wall of your studio. Much success! 😃♥️🍀🍀🍀🎉

Thanks ;) That nude is actually made with acrylics and oils, I don't really use charcoal. You can see the full piece on my website.

Dynamic potraits via simplistic yet powerful technique. The layering of absract and defined produces expressive and etheral results. I am a long practicing architect...you've just inspired me to get back into my painting, and I thank you for that!

Crazy how you can do the face and then add the details of eyes, nose and mouth afterwards. I struggle so much with those and have to grid to stand a chance of having the right spacing.
@MarioHenriqueArt2 жыл бұрын
Grid method is great. Use all the tools at your disposal, there are no limitations 👍

Dod you use acrylics to paint these portraits? Very expressive!

Absolutely beautiful watching your process and the outcome is incredible pieces that are so deep and moving. What is the paper you are using?
@MarioHenriqueArt2 жыл бұрын
Thanks! It’s a old, very heavy and thick fiber paper.

😂😂 the oil stick makes a mess. And I always end up with paint under the nails. So - surgery gloves to the rescue ;)

Nonsense! He sets the atmosphere capturing besides himself, his studio, the canvases, paint, brushes, tables, the brushes, engaging with his composition...his spontaneity, and creative accidental moments of colors splashed, etc. Like a musician who plays guitar and enters an improvisation phase; you don't just listen to the music...you wish to see the artist creating it. Peace✌️
