The way of keeping the cable with the little guide away from the shock/bottom cage and the downtube zip tie port are both some pretty good frame design ideas. Good solutions to some problems with other frames/designs.

The color scheme is beyond beautiful. Maybe purple pedals would be better but, still. Other than that, these bikes are nice to have stored, not ridden. 10 minutes in a track or park would spoil their looks. Better messy and used than polished and admired.

Thank you very much for your kind words. That motivates me to produce more stuff like this. If it makes you happy, then it makes me happy. Yeah the price is very high, but to be honest even a cheaper bike makes a lot of fun. Quite often I go for a ride with my much cheaper alloy Fluid FS1 from Norco. This Bike costs a third but makes the same fun. And that's the most importantl thing, to have fun on your bike.

@MarioLenzen4 жыл бұрын
Ah ok. You mean a build up from the ground up? Install the swingarm, the linkages and shock as well? So typical this is how you get the frame from the Company. But with my next projects I think about to remove the swingarm and everything from the main frame before I make the video. Good idea. Let me see what I can do.. 👍
@seandalejackson25254 жыл бұрын
@@MarioLenzen AWESOME!!! Looking forward to that. Also I think folks would appreciate maybe the last minute and a half of the video of you on the trail with the bike you just built.
@MarioLenzen4 жыл бұрын
@Seandale Jackson: Yeah I've had the same idea but it's always a matter of time. In the current situation it's quite difficult and I have to find an appropiate trail first. Then the edit and then the videos gets even longer. For my taste they are almost too long but it's hard to cut more scenes out. Maybe with my future builds is a little timewindow at the end and the quarantine hopefully over. Will see.. I also wanna improve my "Head First" Videos. In this videos you can already see some bikes I've build in the past. Maybe there is a connection or I upload a Dream Build video and at the samer time a riding video with the same bike!? 🤔 Many things are possible. I definitely want to extend my efforts on KZbin. My brain hurts after watching you lace Raceface Next Carbon rims to Shimano XT hubs. I NEED Ibuprofen now. ;-)
@MarioLenzen4 жыл бұрын
I know what you mean and I'm sorry for that. I also love the Race Face Vault hubs and if you see some of my other builds as well my future builds you will find more Vault Hubs instead. But for this bike I want to have a complete Shimano XT Build. Even the dropper lever is Shimano except for the Chain. There was no way around that Yellow Chain. And I also love Centerlock and want to have the Discs with the Ice Tech Freeza rips. Oh yeah and back then when I ordered parts for this build there was not even the chance to get the Vault Hubs with the Micro Spline Freehub. They added the new Freehub just a couple of days ago. That was another reason for the XT Hubs. But to be honest, they are not bad. The Quality is good, the price is fantastic, the sound is really sweet and of course Centerlock and Micro Spline included. In the end my best solution.
@mattkock4 жыл бұрын
@@MarioLenzen it was mostly sarcasm. I'm a Chris King and Hope hub snob. You videos are great. I am a Brand Ambassador for Structure Cycleworks and my first SCW-1 will be here in a few weeks and I have every single part just sitting here ready to go. Since they run DVO Topaz shocks for front and rear and those have Lime Green accents I am doing all Lime Green accents on my build. I have a youtube channel and my SCW-1 Build will be my first youtube video ever. I guess it will drop the first of June. Stay tuned and I can't wait for another of your videos.

Hey Carlos. Thank you very much. I'm glad you like it. The Frame Protectors are included with the frame. They are awesome and I was looking around to get some extra kits to put on my other bikes. But those are specific for the Sight Frame. I mean the shuttle guard on the upper part is pretty standard and not custom to the frame but the bottom part in the crank area and the chainstay protector are specially for this Frame.

Fetts Merci
@MarioLenzen3 жыл бұрын
@Simon W.: Hey Simon.
@simonw.86263 жыл бұрын
@MarioLenzen3 жыл бұрын
Hey Simon. Mal sehen.. Muss erstmal geliefert werden.. 🙏 Aber ja, das Optic ist extrem geil.
