Hi @wtfbenedict, Prime Freeze has 3 different functions: It can Quick Cool drinks/desserts in 15 minutes, deep freeze food up to 5X faster to lock in flavour, nutrients and retain texture, or rapidly cool soups meals like soups or stews so you can enjoy them immediately after cooking. Prime Fresh 'soft freezes' ingredients like beef or fish to lock in flavour and freshness without having to defrost. This 'soft freeze' capability also works well with soup, stew or sauces, allowing you to scoop the portion you want to reheat without having to defrost the entire batch.
