Because that is a Japanese word, and as far as we know, also logically, there should be no Japan in Exandria.. And Matt kinda have to make up Japanese culture and Japan like language to canonically insert the word “Sashimi” so it doesn’t comes off as Laudna knowing something outside of their realm.. So that’s what they’re trying to say, I think..
