i used to try to bulk and cut but i found what works best for me is eating at a maintenance calorie intake and slowly building muscle!! i can def go more in depth in another video soon 🫶🏻

Listened to this while hitting my workout this morning! I really like the mentality around nutrition and balance. I struggled with extremes for so long and didn't actually see progress until my lifestyle became something I wanted and craved because it was whole, and made me feel good. I also get super hyper fixated and felt the statement "cottage cheese found me" in my soul. Cottage cheese is Bae. ❤

I like how you make fitness and health approachable, too many content creators put either to much emphasis on “all organic Whole Foods fully processed by yourself “ or go in the complete other direction focusing too much of diet supplements that won’t make you feel satisfied

To the person that wrote the question about the 1000 calories: If I eat more than 1200 calories a day, I also gain weight - That's my basal rate. If you don't loose weight if you're going to the gym and do training that benefits weight loss (the right way) though, you should get your hormones checked by a doctor - there could be an underlying issue.
