I don’t know if you know this, but in the state legislature, Iowa dosnt allow high school students to do any type of allstar sport that isn’t their school (if your not doing HS sports then it’s fine). And because high school states within IHSAA is very “prestigious” almost, a lot of people do that instead of allstar
