•1kg Chicken mince (Thigh & Breast Mix)
•1tsp Thym
•1tbsp Paprika
•1tsp Garlic powder
•2 small Chicken cubes / Chicken powder
•1tsp Salt or to taste
•1tsp Black pepper powder
•1tsp dried Parsley
•1tbsp Onion powder
•1//tsp White pepper
•1tsp Cayenne pepper/ Chilli pepper powder
•1 Egg
•4tbsp (1/4cup) Milk
•2tbsp Soy sauce
•4 slices of Bread (without corner)
•2-3tbsp fresh Parsley
Batter
•50g Corn flour
•100g Flour (maida)
•1 Egg
•Breadcrumbs (panko)
•Oil for frying
•Burger buns optional
•Lettuce
•Mayonnaise
