Hello everyone, this is the guitarist from Darkest Sins and the guy who is going to be playing all of the songs on the album live. I have to be honest. I miss the days when Tobias Sammet started Avantasia. I absolutely love everything from Avantasia, but nothing comes close to the original Metal Opera albums. Until now. I'm truly greatful that I found Marius Danielsens project, because this is exactly what I want from a metal opera. I have listened to most of the songs, and I absolutely need to buy these albums. Just saw the line-up and nearly fell off my chair. Olaf Hayer is my favorite singer when it comes to traditional European Power Metal (you should mention Dionysus though - this is where he did his best work) followed by Heiman and Jan Thore. For me personally those 3 would have been enough but I am fine that they are joined by some other singers like that Kiske guy ;) Although I am not the youngest anymore (38) this music makes me feel like in my teen years again. Epic stuff!

That is awesome to hear! I love Dionysus =) I am 30 and worship the great classic Heavy Metal of the 80s + the late 90s era of Power Metal. People talk about stuff not being that original, but that was also never my intention. I want my music to sound like a mix between Iron Maiden, Helloween, Rhapsody and other great bands. Put in a bit of Les Miserable and Phantom of the Opera and you have Legend of Valley Doom :P

Awesome man! Great work for such a young boy like you are :) Innovation is anyway overrated when it comes to music. For the next parts it would be great to see 1 or 2 more unknown singers that more or less dissappeared from the Power Metal scene like e.g. Christian Gräter (Destination's Calling), Tobias Althammer (exLanfear vocalist), Thomas Strübler (Crystallion/Juvaliant) or Thomas Rauch (Kirk). Looking forward to the album and a shirt (if that is planned).

Thank you. =) I always put in unknown power metal and metal/rock musicians to join me on the journey. On Part 1 I had the singer from Timeless Miracle. If you haven't heard them, I highly recommend their 2005 album. Thei are working on their next one now! I also had a bunch of others. Some local musicians and friends of mine etc. A goood mix of known and unknown. I always like to do that. Of the ones you mention I have only heard of Crystallion. I will check them out =) I have to be extremely picky when it comes to guests for Part 3, since that will wrap up the story of the trilogy. I will of course do similar albums, and maybe even albums within the same universe. But the main story is planned to end on Part 3. As for t-shirts, I hope to do that sometime soon. I am anyway not sure if the guys I mentioned are still active. Thomas Strübler from Crystallion/Juvaliant has done backing vocals for Edenbridge's last album so it seems he is still doing some stuff. Check out Juvaliant - Inhumane Nature. One of my favorites of this decade. Thomas is from Austria like myself and from what I know he is working as journalist so just in case I could help searching an actual mail address. And of course I know the mighty Timeless Miracle. It is a common joke each year among Power Metal fans that next year will be the year they release their new album haha :) So hopefully you are right! So thanks again and I will follow your project from now on closely.

I love discovering new bands =) In 2015 while working on Part 1 I actually listened to ALL new albums tagged with the Power Metal genre on Metal archives. From January to December. I heard all of them, haha! More than 2000 songs I think it was. I thought the Timeless Miracle album would come out this year, but maybe next year now, hehe! I actually sing a song on that album, and they sound just like their first album. So, I know you'll like it! =) Great that you will follow my project! =) very happy for that! Yes, it is epic =) I use Bias AMP 2 and Bias FX. + Bias Rack. Live I have actually been using an ipad with Bias FX on it for a few years now.
