What a technical master piece! I watched it so many times. The only imperfection is that she is making more eye contacts with the spectators than with him. This song has powerful love lyrics and it's okay for her to sing along but sing some key moments towards his face, not towards the public. It ruined the intimacy. This is rumba and you are expressing your love for him, then dance WITH him and ignore us. Let us, the public, become the voyeur of something intimate going on. He was perfect!

Superb dancing by the beautiful Oxana. It is delightful to watch.She is fantastic. I like the routine, I like the opening and ending being the same, this is always good in arts. I admire Pavel, this is a very good rumba by him. Excellent performance and calm. And the music and singing is superb.

What I loved about this is that they were focused on each other as opposed to showing off to the audience. Sensual and beautiful. Class acts both of them.

Jim R. Yes, exactly. I bang on about this all the time and its one of my absolute hates when dancers do it too much and very many do, even top[ pros do it to much . Isn't it amazing how deeply invested an audience becomes when you leave them alone and just focus on creating a beautiful dance story with your partner. It's irresistible and that's when dancing is at its absolute best for me.

Absolutely magic! Elegant, passionate, ornamental, sensual and connected. I particularly liked that there was some gentleness in this. Some rumbas have an element of aggression but not this one. Simply stunning.

Don’t know why my comment wasn’t here but this performance was the greatest show I’ve ever seen. I will never understand why Oxy & Pasha split (for sure they had their reasons) but this what they presented on the scene… was a PURE masterpiece! and I will always have them in my memory as a TWO fantastic and totally incredible talented dancers! Listening to randy Crawford sing is like a soothing warm embrace from someone you love. I was privileged to see her perform live many years ago in a grand luxurious auditorium of a high class hotel, to an intimate audience of only a few hundred people. What a night, she was mesmerising. One day I'll fly away and Almaz are among the most tender, sensitive songs I've ever heard from a female voice. Watching rumba danced really well (and this indeed is) to Randy Crawford is pure medicinal therapy for the soul. Everything about this Rumba screams class, elegance and sophistication. The music the choreography, Oxana, her dress, everything except the full open loose shirt. I felt it was a little much and perhaps unnecessary and detracted somewhat from what is to me a near perfect picture. Aside from that this is gorgeous dancing.
