The heaviest lift is 200 kg and he increases the weight 20 kg each set that means: Warm-up set 1: 60 kg, or 130 lbs Warm-up set 2: 80 kg, or 175 lbs Workout set 1: 100 kg, or 220 lbs Workout set 2: 120 kg, or 265 lbs Workout set 3: 140 kg, or 310 lbs Workout set 4: 160 kg, or 350 lbs Workout set 5: 180 kg or 395 lbs Workout set 6: 200 kg, or 440 lbs Gonna try this in the gym today. I'll report later how it went.

I love this guy. It's crazy watching him train, makes me want to run to my gym, and just blast out a ton of max singles. This is proof--heavy, low-rep training, with lots of sets builds the most muscle.

Hey guys :) some of you really should stop use steroids as an excuse for your lack of hard work and dedication. Yeah every strongman may be abuseing roids but ill give you all the steroids you want and i can bet none of you hater will even come close in your lifetime. Yes, I've done this exercise myself and there is a real risk for hurting your neck. That being said, I'm sure Mariusz isn't doing this blindly and can assess better than us whether an exercise is hurting him or not.

Maybe foreign languages...like...hmm...English? Anyway, this guy is smart, smarter than most people. He has a master's degree and runs a few companies (transport, security etc.). He's doing better than majority of ex-sportsmen.
