The heaviest lift is 200 kg and he increases the weight 20 kg each set that means: Warm-up set 1: 60 kg, or 130 lbs Warm-up set 2: 80 kg, or 175 lbs Workout set 1: 100 kg, or 220 lbs Workout set 2: 120 kg, or 265 lbs Workout set 3: 140 kg, or 310 lbs Workout set 4: 160 kg, or 350 lbs Workout set 5: 180 kg or 395 lbs Workout set 6: 200 kg, or 440 lbs Gonna try this in the gym today. I'll report later how it went.

Yes, I've done this exercise myself and there is a real risk for hurting your neck. That being said, I'm sure Mariusz isn't doing this blindly and can assess better than us whether an exercise is hurting him or not.
