Aguirre has always come off as thoughtful, careful, and sincere when he's doing something -- you can tell he just had it all as a player and to really be unselfish as a Detroit Pistons player to win, amazing .... Look, I would have started Aguirre in 1991-92 and given him a new 3 year deal ... Woolridge is good but not better than Aguirre at that position but the 1991-92 Pistons messed it all up by not keeping James Edwards and Vinnie Johnson and then not starting Aguirre, are you kidding me? They should have milked Aguirre that year, let him do his thing like in Dallas and played off him, which would have taken more pressure off of Thomas/Dumars.
