Met Mark years ago at my son's Middle School wrestling tournament. He came up to us afterwards and talked to my son and told him how much he loved the heart he wrestled with. Then he said this to him which lit a fire for him to improve, "heart will only get ya so far son, you gotta get your butt in the weight room" Of course at the time my son had no idea who he was talking to even though he was an MMA fan at the time. On the way home I pulled up some old school MMA videos and said THAT is who you were talking to. That day he found his passion for the weight room and his wrestling career took off. I truly think he became a much better wrestler because of that 2 minute conversation.

People don't really understand how quickly a house fire can happen, and how chaotic and quick you can't be inside happens unless you have been through it. I had a small electrical fire in a closet I was doing some indoor gardening years ago, luckily is was small and just smoldered but the house filled with smoke fairly quickly, we were able to open windows and air it out not a huge deal, but it was close to being hard to deal with and it happened fast.
