Thankyou...Very welcome! Ive been a die hard Drury fan from Day one with you guys. I do believe I own every video ever produced. I really enjoy the content. I took a 14 yr old out over the weekend for 2nd season shotgun. Saturday we had a nice 10pt walk in behind us at 45yrds. And she smoked him with a 50cal muzzleloader. He went about 100yrds an BBD. First deer ever an first buck! Most definitely made my day to see the smile on her face!!! I took her brother out last year and he shot his first buck at 16. It was a nice 10 as well. Taking these kids out hunting is definitely become a passion of mine hands down! God bless...an keep rollin...that incredible footage. Merry Christmas to all of you too!!!🎄

How far away from the neighbors property do you have to have your food plots so that the deer aren't pressured by them and come out at a decent hour? I always feel I can keep my pressure to a minimum, but neighbors still seem to be pressuring them and adversely affecting my hunting.

I had my biggest deer disappear. I had two 5 year olds on my property. I killed the smaller of the two bucks mid rut. Around 3 weeks later, the better scoring buck started showing up every day and he had one tine broken off. I had to assume the smaller 5 year old beat him up and his scent on scrape lines kept the big buck away. Ended up harvesting both that rut as a result of not letting a lesser scoring mature deer walk. The lesson I took on for my hunting going forward was to never let mature bucks walk just because of score.

Why is it you guys always wear camo in the blinds that y’all hunt out if and not just something dark or black?
@paulcrave31122 жыл бұрын
It probably has something to do with sponsorship.
@travisfisher28772 жыл бұрын
I don’t know why they do it but I wear scentlok camo in my blind to hopefully help cover my scent a little better. Also I’m not spending extra money on warm black clothing since I already have camo but obviously money isn’t a issue for them. I would guess it’s either for scent control or sponsorship as the gentleman above me stated.
