It's a low possibility that Moriarty is actually back..Andrew's probably filming scenes during the time of The Reichenbach Fall that explain how Sherlock did it / what really happened.

I've said Moriarty is still alive right from the get-go. I never believed he was dead there on that rooftop in Reichenbach. The character is much too hedonistic and narcissistic to have taken his own life, much less in such a gory way. This is intriguing, seeing AS has a role in 3.1. Yay!

Very curious. Could be he fakes the gun shot, Sherlock didn't have time to examine Moriarty's body and he also saw what he expected to see. Very interesting that he and Mycroft seem to be in on something together.
