the original 3 GTA series, in terms of order, actually goes like this: GTA SAN (set in late 80's, Claude and Catalina from GTA 3 make cameo) GTA Vice City set in 1990's GTA 3 set in early 2000's the oldest game in terms of story is actually the newest one lol Clever from Rockstar.
