I cannot get enough Mark Hamill content! I can listen to him talk about his career and life in general for HOURS! It's even more awesome because him as Luke Skywalker is probably the first famous character I ever idolized and wanted to be like as a kid! I thought Luke Skywalker could do no wrong and I aspired to be someone like him when I grew up!!

I remember seeing him do a cameo in Chuck's final season and he was nearly unrecognizable, and frankly not very healthy. It's great to see how well he looks now, he's been looking healthier every year ever since the Star Wars sequel trilogy was announced & I'm really glad he's kept it up. We need Mark Hamill to stick around for a long time.

The fact that he has played so many small roles. Just for having fun (and let’s be honest, money too) while doing it. He made my parents and uncles childhoods amazing with Star Wars and made mine awesome with Avatar: The Last Airbender. I wonder how many childhoods he can affect in a positive way with his characters. Making them legendary and amazing for the shows and movies we watched him in.

Literally every second of this is entertaining and endearing, but the thing that stood out to me the most was him (correctly) observing the appeal of The Last Airbender and how it talked up to children, not down. There's so much sophistication and intelligence in that show. In addition, this is partly the appeal of Batman: TAS. When I went back to it as an adult, I was amazed that I loved it *even more* as an adult, as it was often profoundly moving, thoughtful, and moving in ways most kids shows are not. Hamill has, whether through luck, destiny, or skill ended up in some of the best of the best.

One thing that I must point out is that a lot of celebrities that does this autocomplete interviews seems to try to complete them as fast as possible. They rip off a strip, answer in as few words as possible, rip off the next and so on. And I get it, their time is money and they are fed up with the attention they get all the time. But Mark is just so generous of himself, telling stories and jokes and taking this as serious as any other interview. Tons of respect!
