Elton John was the one who defended Eminem for using the F slur in his songs and how Eminem was rapping about what was going on and not what he thought which is the same in this songs case so 99% sure Elton wouldn't give two tosses if he used the F slur. Mark removed the F slur from every live performance of this song. Just for class and in good taste I think.

На танц-поле пара парочек застыла в недоумении. Все смотрят на монитор экрана. И тут...Марк Нофлер...начинает ... свой риф...Бля! Ноги толкают меня в жопу и не знаю как, но я оказываюсь в центре танц-пола. НЕ помню, чё я там вытворял, но по окончанию песни мадьяры (с трудом поймавшие меня) взяв за руки и ноги выкидывают из ресторана. Наружу... С тех пор эта песня - моя любимая.
